A familiar face and long-time member of the neighborhood, Thomas was riding his bicycle near the intersection of Second and St. Clair streets, by the Dayton Metro Library, when officers conducted a traffic stop shortly before 9:30 p.m. due to his bicycle lacking a front light.
Known for his warmth and connection to those around him, Reginald’s presence touched many in Dayton. His sudden passing leaves a void in the lives of family, friends, and neighbors who will remember him for his kindness, his spirit, and the contributions he made to his community.
