In Loving Memory of Ecaurion Wymes
With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we remember and honor the life of Ecaurion Wymes, whose life was tragically cut short at just 18 years old on March 25, 2026, following a shooting on Cleveland’s west side.
Ecaurion’s passing comes after he was one of three teens injured in a heartbreaking incident on the afternoon of March 24 in the 3100 block of West 46th Street. Despite efforts to save him, his young life was lost far too soon, leaving behind a wave of grief that has touched family, friends, and the entire community.
At 18, Ecaurion stood at the threshold of his future—full of potential, dreams, and opportunities yet to unfold. His loss is not only a tragedy for those who knew and loved him, but also a painful reminder of a life taken before it had the chance to fully bloom.
As loved ones mourn this unimaginable loss, we remember Ecaurion for who he was beyond this tragedy—a son, a friend, and a young soul whose presence mattered deeply to those around him.
May his memory live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and may his loved ones find strength, comfort, and peace in the days ahead.
